Why it works — Dual Grip™
BOLD makes dual grip socks for Pilates and Lagree. Each pair has inside grip to reduce foot sliding inside the sock, and outside grip for traction on reformers, megaformers, mats, and studio floors. Two layers of silicone, one planted foot.
Inside grip + outside grip
Inside grip — silicone applied to the interior footbed holds your foot in place, so it stops sliding inside the sock during lunges, planks, and carriage transitions.
Outside grip — a triangle-pattern silicone sole grips the reformer carriage, the Megaformer, the mat, and the studio floor.
Materials & care
82% combed cotton · 16% nylon · 2% elastane.
Machine wash cold, inside out. Air dry. Skip fabric softener — it degrades silicone grip over time. Grip rated for 380 wash cycles.
Sizing
One size fits women's US 5–10. The stretch-knit is engineered to hold the arch without compressing the toes.

What makes Dual Grip™ different from regular grip socks?
Regular grip socks only put silicone on the outside sole, so the foot can still slide around inside the sock. BOLD Dual Grip socks add a second silicone layer inside the footbed, holding the foot to the sock and the sock to the floor.
Do they work for Lagree and Megaformer classes?
Yes. BOLD socks were developed in Pilates and Lagree studios and tested on reformer carriages and Megaformers across 10+ studios over 1 year of development.
Will the inside grip feel uncomfortable?
No. The interior silicone is low-profile and applied only where the foot slides — under the ball and heel. Most wearers stop noticing it within the first class.
How long does the grip last?
The silicone grip is rated for 380 wash cycles when washed cold and air-dried. If you don't love them, we'll take them back. 30-day returns.
