What makes Dual Grip™ different from regular grip socks?
Regular grip socks only put silicone on the outside sole, so the foot can still slide around inside the sock. BOLD Dual Grip socks add a second silicone layer inside the footbed, holding the foot to the sock and the sock to the floor.
Do they work for Lagree and Megaformer classes?
Yes. BOLD socks were developed in Pilates and Lagree studios and tested on reformer carriages and Megaformers across 10+ studios over 1 year of development.
Will the inside grip feel uncomfortable?
No. The interior silicone is low-profile and applied only where the foot slides — under the ball and heel. Most wearers stop noticing it within the first class.
How long does the grip last?
The silicone grip is rated for 380 wash cycles when washed cold and air-dried. If you don't love them, we'll take them back. 30-day returns.
What size should I order?
BOLD Dual Grip socks come in one size that fits women's US shoe sizes 5–10, with a knit that holds the arch without compressing the toes.
What are dual grip Pilates socks?
Dual grip Pilates socks have silicone grip in two places: on the sole, to grip the reformer, mat, and floor, and inside the sock, to stop your foot from sliding within the sock during lunges, planks, and carriage transitions.
Do dual grip socks work for barre and yoga?
Yes. The same inside and outside grip carries over to barre pulses, balance work, and yoga flows. BOLD socks are built for Pilates and Lagree first, and work anywhere you train in socks.
