Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian and U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET typically ship the next business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM ET ship within two business days.

United States

Standard shipping: $8.99 · 3–5 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD

Canada

Standard shipping: $4.99 CAD · 3–5 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD

International

Flat $10 USD · 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country's customs authority.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@boldgripsocks.com with your order number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@boldgripsocks.com. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, wait 48 hours and check with neighbours. If still missing, email us at hello@boldgripsocks.com with your order number — we'll file a claim and replace the order subject to claim outcome.
