Shipping
U.S. orders ship within 1–2 business days from Miami. Delivery typically 3–5 business days via USPS Priority. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Orders under $50 ship at a flat $5.
We're U.S.-only at launch. International shipping is coming after the first pre-order wave ships — sign up on the homepage for updates.
Returns
30-day returns on unworn pairs in original packaging. Please return them clean — hygiene matters, and we can't restock pairs that have been worn on a studio floor.
- Initiate a return: email returns@boldgripsocks.com with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid USPS label.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Happiness Guarantee
If the inner or outer silicone peels within 12 months of normal use, we replace the pair at no cost. Bold is built to last — if yours doesn't, that's on us.
Exchanges
Our Timeless Bolds are one size (U.S. women's 5–10), so exchanges are typically not needed for fit. For a defective pair, follow the returns process above and note "exchange" in your email — we'll send a replacement directly.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email hello@boldgripsocks.com within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order is likely already in the shipping queue and can be handled as a return when it arrives.
