Shipping Policy

We ship Bold Grip socks worldwide. U.S. orders ship from Miami, FL. Canadian orders ship from Toronto, ON. Below is how, when, and what to expect.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. and Canadian holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET typically ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET ship within two business days.

Pre-orders ship as soon as inventory is available — see "Pre-Order Shipping" below for current windows.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

• Standard shipping: $4.99 · 3–5 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $50

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA)

• Standard shipping: $4.99 CAD · 3–7 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD

LOCAL PICKUP (TORONTO, ONTARIO)

Free local pickup is available in Toronto, ON. Pickup details and address are emailed once your order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally for a flat $10 USD. Estimated transit is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the shipping rate at checkout. Refusal to pay duties results in the package being returned or destroyed at the carrier's discretion, and we cannot refund the order.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Bold Movement is currently in pre-order. The expected ship window for pre-order pairs is summer 2026. If anything shifts, all pre-order customers will receive an email update.

TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number within three business days of receiving your order confirmation, email hello@boldgripsocks.com and we'll look into it.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a tracking number shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
1. Check with neighbors and household members.
2. Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before the actual drop-off.
3. If still missing, contact us at hello@boldgripsocks.com with your order number. We file a claim with the carrier and replace the order at no cost to you, subject to claim outcome.

We do not replace orders for packages confirmed delivered to the address on the order if the carrier's claim is denied.

ADDRESS ERRORS

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error within one hour of placing an order, email us immediately at hello@boldgripsocks.com — if the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will correct it.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed at customs), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only. We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS at standard domestic rates and transit times.
