What makes Dual Grip different from regular grip socks?
Regular grip socks only put silicone on the outside sole, so your foot can still slide around inside the sock. BOLD adds a second silicone layer inside the footbed that holds your foot in place.
Do they work for Lagree and Megaformer classes?
Yes. Developed in Pilates and Lagree studios and tested on reformer carriages and Megaformers across 10+ studios.
Will the inside grip feel weird?
No. The interior silicone is low profile and sits only where the foot slides, under the ball and heel. Most wearers stop noticing it within the first class.
What size should I order?
One size fits women's US 5 to 10. The stretch knit holds the arch without squeezing the toes.
How fast is shipping?
US orders over $100 ship free ($8.99 flat under). Canadian orders over $50 CAD ship free ($4.99 CAD flat under). Delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days. Unworn pairs can be returned within 30 days.
